The maths, honestly
Spend $100, earn at least 100 points, get $5 back. No games and no expiry surprises: points from an order sit as pending until your 14-day return window closes, then they are yours.
A points balance is not a reason to buy a bottle you are not sure about. Start with a 10ml, wear it for a week, and buy the full size when you know. The points will still be there.
Before you ask
How does earning work?
One point per Australian dollar of your order subtotal, after any discount and not counting shipping. Reviews, referrals, the quiz and birthdays earn a fixed amount on top.
The two paid tiers earn a multiplier on all of it, so the rate above is the floor rather than the ceiling.
When do my points confirm?
Points from an order sit as pending until your 14-day return window closes, then confirm on their own. Everything else, reviews, referrals and the quiz, confirms as soon as you do it.
Pending points are visible in your account. They are just not spendable yet, because a refunded order should not leave points behind.
How do I spend them?
Choose a reward in your account and we issue a single-use code tied to you. It appears on screen in your account, and you apply it at checkout like any other discount code.
Rewards start at 100 points, for $5 off. There is no minimum order to use the money-off ones.
Do points expire?
Once an order's points confirm, they stay yours. We have no expiry clock running today.
If that ever changes it will be published here first, and it will apply to points earned after the change rather than the ones you already hold.
How do tiers work?
Tiers follow your rolling 12-month spend: eau fraîche from your first day, eau de parfum at $150, extrait at $400. Each step raises your earn rate and your birthday points.
Rolling means the last 12 months, not the calendar year, so nothing resets on you in January. Reach a tier and it is yours for at least 12 months.
How do referrals work?
Share your link. Your friend gets $10 off their first order of $50 or more, and 200 points land in your account once that order ships and its return window closes.
Fair play limits apply: up to 10 rewarded referrals a year, and referring yourself from a second email address is the one we check for.
