Our read on the material, not a measurement.

What it smells like.

Cacao is cocoa before it becomes chocolate: dry, bitter, dusty and quite earthy, with only a suggestion of sweetness. It is darker and less obvious than most people expect from a chocolate note.

It gives sweet blends a bitter counterweight and pairs naturally with coffee, rose and patchouli. Because it is dusty rather than creamy it does not read as edible, which is what makes it wearable.
